Locally hand crafted at White Pines Collegiate

Founded in 2015 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Sweet Change Chocolate emerged from a groundbreaking collaboration with the Callebaut Chocolate Academy in Montreal following a highly successful fundraiser. Built on a vision of innovation and education, the initiative blends entrepreneurship training with hands-on, factory-direct experience. Participants develop essential skills in business management, marketing, and sales while working with the finest Belgian chocolate.

In 2021, the Algoma District School Board introduced a revitalization plan for White Pines Collegiate and Vocational School, creating new learning and career pathways for students. This transformation paved the way for Sweet Change to collaborate with the school board in launching Sweetened.

Same chocolate, just Sweetened.

A dynamic program immersing students in the culinary arts and business entrepreneurship in chocolate production. Using premium Belgian chocolate, Sweetened provides students with real-world experience in manufacturing, marketing, and entrepreneurship, equipping them with critical business expertise and confidence for the evolving marketplace.

All sales proceeds are reinvested into student fundraising for experiential activities and ADSB breakfast programs across the district, making Sweetened a launchpad for future innovators and community leaders.
