Locals celebrate Soo Market’s grand opening
Established next to the future downtown plaza, the new Mill Market location will offer locally grown fresh produce, handmade items, and other artisanal goods every Saturday.
City officials cut the ribbon on a long-awaited project Saturday morning as the Soo Market, formerly known as the Mill Market, opened its doors on Brock Street.
The new hub aims to provide year-round opportunities as a farmers’ market and features dozens of area vendors, crafters, and foodies.
